We realise how much of an expense planning a wedding

can be. Little by little costs creep up, especially with

all the added extras. For this reason we have a no hidden

cost policy. What you see below is what you pay.

When booking a group there are many things to

consider; travel time, set up time, travel costs,

public liability etc. These are all included in our prices so

that after you have made a booking with us, you can rest

assured that there will be no surprises.

For venues further than a 45 minute travel journey from us, we charge 47p/mile.

Please note that wedding fayre prices may vary and quotes given on the day are only valid for 24 hours

**Please note that our booking fees are based on the time that we spend at your event, not purely our performance times**

The following prices include:

Unlimited help in planning your music
1 complimentary meeting with either Julia or Sara to discuss your day & musical choices
Arrival 1 hour before our booking start time
Public liability insurance
Travel cost to venues within 1 hour travel from us - click here to see map of areas covered
Written contract upon booking
Option of accompaniment and arrangement of hymns during church ceremonies
Liaising with the staff at your venue and/or vicar at the church
For special arrangement requests, we will send short soundbites to you as they are completed
For an additional charge, home performances and consultations can be arranged

For a better idea of how the Sorelli Ensemble could add to your day, please see the following packages:

*Ceremony package* - based on a 1.5 hour booking

This includes: Playing for the arrival of guests, music for the Entrance of the Bride, Signing of the Register, Recessional of the Bride & Groom and Exit of Guests.

*Ceremony & Reception package* - based on a 3 hour booking

This Includes the Ceremony package + up to 1.5 hours of playing during the reception drinks. This package is bespoke i.e if more music is wanted during the reception, the start time could be changed to the beginning of the Ceremony.

*Ceremony, Reception & Wedding Breakfast* - based on a 5 hour booking

This includes the Ceremony & Reception package + up to 2 hours of playing during the Wedding Breakfast.

Please note that if for any reason players are asked to perform for longer than their booking times on the day there will be an extra charge incurred of £40 per player for every extra 30 minutes of performance.
