Julia is the violinist in the Sorelli Duo but having worked as a personal assistant for many years and having organised her own wedding, she realised that by combining the two would see her be able to add an extra service to any bride.
She is passionate about turning your visions into reality.
So...what does a bridal assistant do exactly?
A bridal assistant is exactly that - someone who is there to help you with whatever you need in the run up to your wedding or on the day. I can help with the sourcing of suppliers, venue design, managing supplier invoices and payment schedules, setting up and organising meetings with your suppliers etc.
You may need someone to be your right hand in the morning to greet suppliers, help style the venue and make sure everything is just how you want it to be, liaise with the venue manager, communicate with the groom's party - whatever details you don't need to deal with so that you can just focus on being beautiful!
Can I hire the Sorelli Duo to play at my wedding as well?
Yes, absolutely! We can offer our Ceremony package which is based on 1.5 hours and this can be tailored into your day along with 3 hours of assistance.
How would this work on the day?
I would arrive early in the morning to liaise with the venue manager on your behalf. I would meet with you and go through a checklist of everything you would need during the day. This may be; greeting suppliers, assisting with the decorations, communicating with the Groom's party, setting up gift areas, collecting gifts upon arrival, making sure the Bride & Groom's parties are where they are meant to be, helping with the set up. If you are booking the Sorelli Duo as well, the bridal assistance would be planned around the performance time.
How much do you charge?
I offer various Bridal Assistant packages which can be tied to the Sorelli Duo or booked separately. There may be an extra charge for travel costs.
Package 1 - The Enchanted Bride - £875
Initial planning consultation - by phone/skype or at your chosen venue (travel costs will be incurred)
1 follow up appointment - 4 to 6 weeks prior to your day
6 hours of assistance on your wedding day
In this package I will act as your personal assistant in the run up to your wedding day. From helping you decide on suppliers to decorating your venue and creating your vision. I can help in the sourcing of suppliers, venues, decoration hire, caterers, dresses. I will also be there on the day to greet suppliers, the venue manager and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Package 2 - The Enchanted Sorelli Bride - £1250 Includes the Sorelli Duo Ceremony package
Initial planning consultation - by phone/skype or at your chosen venue (travel costs will be incurred)
1 follow up appointment - 4 to 6 weeks prior to your day
3 hours of assistance on your wedding day
The Sorelli Duo Ceremony package - based on 1.5 hours of playing during your Ceremony
The above packages can be tailored and discussed to suit your requirements.
A deposit of £100 is required within 7 days of booking and the remaining balance payable no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
