Our Founder

The Sorelli Ensemble is managed and was founded by our violinist, Julia, who brings over 20 years of experience as a performer on stages such as The Royal Albert Hall, BBC Radio 3 and The Proms. Having gained a scholarship to study at The Royal Academy of Music, she pursued her love of performance and gained an Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree with Distinction. She made her debut solo performance with orchestra at the age of 10 and loves nothing more than sharing her music with others. Here at The Sorelli Ensemble, she has created a collective of ensembles and musicians who share in her passion for music. Together they offer a wide range of styles and repertoire, from the lyrical sound of a solo string player to a fuller blend of instruments with a piano trio. The Sorelli Ensemble offers something to suit a variety of tastes.
